We will definitely take a look at this as I think this would very will be possible to make, this wouldn't be in the next update as that version is already being tested but if we manage to find a solution it will find it's way into the update there after.   16. HI Sonny, I'm sorry but due to the downsize on the forum we still can't read the error messages, could you make either a screenshot of the messages alone or upload them so we can download them full resolution so we can read what the software is telling us. Thank you! 🙂 Kind regards
  17. Hi All! We noticed some users experiencing activation issues the past week. Mostly when reinstalling, we hope to find a solution for the next content update. For now, we noticed some things that helped users overcome this problem for now, we have listed these tips below so you can use RDShade for now without problems. To know if you are experiencing an networking activation issue, you will get an error message saying you have -1 activations left. Do the following. Complete uninstall Delete all related RDShade folders that may remain after uninstall Disabled antivirus and firewall as these may block the connection to the activation server. Reinstall These should help you overcome the issues you may be having for the short term. If any other issues pop up please let us know.

  19. Hi Dennis, You were one of the first, we did not have this problem in the first few weeks but more people came to us with activation problems the past days. It's mostly when users are reinstalling. We are looking into it but the server side of things seems healthy so it's either something that's wrong in RDShade or something that is going wrong in windows. Either way we are looking into fixing it but this will come in the next update. Regards

  21. Hi, We looked into the system and noticed that when you were entering your serial you entered the serial as e-mail adress, this is why the system said no. We have set your purchase email correct and it should be working now. Kind Regards

Hi, Please install these: https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/efa32b7a-6eec-4d97-9cdc-c7336a29a749/3df4296170397cf60884dae1be3d103b/windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.2-win-x64.exe And https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download/pr/f3eaf689-f89a-40d0-9779-8c536dd9d2dc/924fd88b9c8d3622cb61112057c9ef47/dotnet-runtime-6.0.2-win-x64.exe These are the version that come with RDShade, this should solve the problem.   23. And after you have manually installed it and restarted your PC it’s still giving the message that you have the wrong run time version? Something seems to be going wrong with reinstalls today as we had 3 different users report different problems after reinstalls on the same day. We are looking into it Kind Regards
  24. Hi, can you maybe provide us with a screenshot? Did you re install RDShade? If yes what method did you use to uninstall it. something seems to be going wrong when reinstalling for some users, we are working on a hotfix to fix this. kind regards
  25. Can you send us a screenshot of your own? We haven’t seen this issue on V5.3 yet. Only v4.5.
