  7. Hi Bernard, If you have the volumetric cloud tweaks enabled RDShade will automatically enable EA as well as we had issues with the earlier version so this was the solution. If you want to use Volumetric clouds and the original sky you have to turn EA off manual for the moment. We will fix this in a future update. Kind regards
  8. Hi, In the lighting tab there is a cockpit brightness tweak you can use to change the brightness in the cockpit. Kind regards

Hi Enzo, First off, Thank you for your purchase! 🙂 We had 2 other users report this, we will look into the issue, the other 2 got the installer to work after restarting their PC, this is obviously not how it should be but it can be a short term fix for you while we try to figure out what is going on.   20. Hi, That’s strange as we have tried to fix this issue in the latest update, have you tried the GPUTerrain.fx fix? If this doesn’t work either do you know how to send us your content log error file? This way we can see what the problem is and fix it for good in the next update. we apologies for the inconvenience and we will try to fix is as soon as possible when we have the required information 🙂 kind regards
  21. Hi, You could try restore the shaders and deinstall RDShade completely and reinstall it again. There is not need to select a post processing filter for RDShade to work, those are optional. A content error log would however help us a lot and with that we could fix the problem within a day so if you could provide one that would be amazing. Thank you! Kind regards

Hi, Thank you for reporting this issue, I was strange you got the error in the first place and this has probably something to do with why it's not working correctly as we haven't had any other reports of either of the 2 issues. Installing over the top is the way to update so no need for special instructions there, are you aware of how to use the content error logging system of Prepar3D? If so, could you load up the sim all the way to where you are sat in the cockpit and are encountering all the bugs. Thereafter send us the content error log here on the forum and we can look into what this is causing. Thanks again for reporting the issue and we will find a solution as soon as possible.   23. This issue is perfectly normal, you have used your key twice and now you have no activations left, if you want your serial reactivated please send us an e-mail with the serial so we can reactivate it. This is to prevent too many users using the same serial. Kind regards
