All I can pull up when I search for RDPresets is my order number for RDShade. It says I can use the recovery function on the RDPresets website, but when I go to "Your Products", I get an Error 404 error. Is it possible to resend the download link to my personal email? RDPresets RDPresets Support Posted November 7, 2023 RDPresets Share Posted November 7, 2023 Hi, The download links expire after a certain time giving a 404 error, you can use the contact form on the website for 'new download link' you will receive a new link within 24 hrs. Kind regards I too have a similar issue and hence I followed your procedure, however, it's been now more than 48 hours and I am yet to receive a download link as well. Before you ask, I've also checked my spam folder in the mailbox and there is nothing there as well. Kindly assist me in this regard. Thank you, Swapnil.
