It simply will not accept the license and email. Please help as this is very frustrating. Please see the attached image below, help is much appreciated. RDPresets RDPresets Support Posted September 11, 2023 RDPresets Share Posted September 11, 2023 Hi, Actually this happens very rarely, in the cases that this did happen it was either the anti virus blocking the connection or the wifi / country not reaching the server, The recommendations are: Turning anti-virus / defender off and if that doesn't work using an VPN.
