Error "Product key is invalid or no product key"

Dear Sir or Madame,

Hello. I apologize in advance for posting here as I sent an e-mail to your contact address yesterday evening. At the time I had not signed up for the Forums.

I am receiving the following message when attempting to re-install Rotterdam (see attached photo).

Anything that can be done to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
