  1. The only email I received in any folder was the one announcing the update and saying buy now. The your products tab brings up the note to resend the order receipt. Is the update on that? Do we have to buy the update?
  2. I bought the product from the website, not Simmarket so I still can't find the update.
  3. IN addition, if you go to "Your Products" on the website, all you get is a way to resend the order receipt.

  5. 1. Is the license key the long series that is included on the order email as Gateway Transaction ID? If I try to use this as the license key, it tells me it can't get the data from the server. If not, I must have lost or not received another email. I tried the recover option, but have not received an answer for several hours.
