    Hi I have been trying to get a new download link for RD Shade as for some reason I am on an older version. (v1.2) I have sent a couple of requests via the website over the last week or so, but as yet have had no response. Am I going about this right way or is there another method, The product was bought directly from RD Presets rather than a 3rd party. Thanks Andy
