When opening the customisation Tab on RDShade, I get an "Oops! Something went wrong" error. It says in What Happened that "RDSade encountered an unhandled error" Please advise as I recently purchased this program on Simmarket and it was working fine but is not functioning now. I tried to open a support ticket but it says that the support page is not available for my account.
