Seems there are still a number of people with this issue. II have had my license reset even though ive never even been able to get it running. Each and every time i try i get the validation failed message. 3 times and im locked out then i need to contact support and do it all over again... 1st image shows the error screen. Second one clearly shows nothing is installed in the installed programs list..

I had to buy a new SSD drive which became frozen and corrupted yesterday. Unfortunately this meant I couldn't uninstall anything that needed uninstalling to deactivate the software. I have had to type this email to a number of software companies this morning. Can you please help me buy resetting my activations so i can register ReShade and start using it again....
