If you use the resort all button in RDShade is it all fixed or still experience issues?

After hitting the restore button, and even uninstalling RDshade, the saturation problem still appears; however the other two don't.

This is what my sim looks like now. The aircraft and ground textures are stained with random colours; terminal and autogen buildings are missing; and there are missing ground textures.
