    Hello, I face the exact same issue on my P3D v4.5. The Ground Textures won't load at all. It's only the runway all all blue otherwise. I have restored all P3D original shaders, repaired but to no avail. I have installed the GPUTerrian.fx File that you provided, override it but no difference at all.
