  8. Hi, The download links expire after a certain time giving a 404 error, you can use the contact form on the website for 'new download link' you will receive a new link within 24 hrs. Kind regards
  9. Hi, It seems like RDShade is not linking to the correct page with regards to updates. We will investigate and fix this. For now, with regards to updates, we have not updated RDShade recently and you can always download the latest version using the download link in your email. Kind regards
  10. Hi, You can either change the location in the installer or install in the X-Plane 11 direction and than move it manually to XP 12. Kind regards

  13. Hi, Microsoft continues to try and protect the files of the simulator as much as possible, With every update more steps are taken. This is one of them, not to worry, It wouldn't change anything in the performance of the simulator, having access to these files just makes modifications easier however it's not necessary.   14. Hi, Actually this happens very rarely, in the cases that this did happen it was either the anti virus blocking the connection or the wifi / country not reaching the server, The recommendations are: Turning anti-virus / defender off and if that doesn't work using an VPN. Kind regards
  15. Hi, This is probably because a link has expired, not to worry! If you send us an email using the contact form on the email with your order number we will send you a new link right away. Unfortunately all links have an expiration date. kind regards
  16. We recommend setting in 1 or the other, the end result is the same as the same parameters are adjusted so you can set them in RDShade or disable them in RDShade and than set them in REX 🙂
  17. Hi, On what platform are you using Faro? The night lighting is default and generated by the simulator. Kind regards

  22. Hi, You can just install overtop of the current version, no special instructions, we have designed the software in such a way that updating is as easy as can be. Kind regards
